First Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, North Attleboro, MA
02760, is currently looking for a person of faith, ordained or lay, to act as our church's
Director of Youth Ministry & Outreach. There is a strong need in our church for an
energetic leader to reach out and engage our growing youth (grade 6-12) presence in the life and
ministry of our church as well as a greater community outreach. We are looking for a caring and
compassionate person who: works well on a team, is a helpful counselor, emotionally secure, effective
in working with youth, skilled in planning and leading programs, accepting of people with divergent
views, who can work well on a team, build a sense of fellowship amongst those with whom he/she works,
and who can encourage people to relate their faith to everyday life. We currently expect this to be a
10-20 hr a week position, depending on candidate availability and planned activities. Musical and
