Come join us on Friday, November 8th at 7pm in Maxcy Hall for the Oldtown Coffeehouse, hosted by students from the North Attleboro High School. As always, there will be a wide array of performers – young and old are welcome – and some good music, good poetry, and good times, and you’ll be helping support a worthy charity.
There is a $5 admission fee at the door, and a $1 donation is asked for snacks and drinks, with free refills of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. As always, all proceeds support local, national, and global charities, with a small portion going to Oldtown Church. In the years since we have started our Coffeehouses, we have raised over $82,000, thanks to the overwhelming generosity of our performers and attendees!
This month’s coffeehouse supports the Community Comets Food Pantry and the Fuel for the Weekend Program which provides food and other items for the weekend to qualifying students and families in North Attleboro.
If you are interested in performing, please contact one of the Coffeehouse Crew, or just check at the door as soon as you arrive to get on the set list.
We are also in need of helpers for load-in and load-out (set up and clean up) and to help out during the performances. If you’re interested in helping out, please SIGNUP ONLINE HERE.
