Pastoral Relations Ministry

The relationship between a pastor and her congregation is one of the most important relationships in the life of a church. The Pastoral Relations Ministry team reviews this relationship throughout the year and meets with the pastor at least once a year to celebrate the things that have gone well throughout the year and discuss ways to improve.
