Here at Oldtown, it seems as though there’s always something going on. We have many fundraising events throughout the year, and for good reason—our fundraising primarily supports our operating budget. While many churches enjoy being able to put all of the proceeds from their fundraising towards missions and outreach, Oldtown’s fundraising helps “keep the lights and the heat on” first and foremost, making everything else we do possible.
These events could not happen without the help of hard-working volunteers—from our church family and the surrounding community—who share their time and their talents to make each of our events a success. Recently, we have also enjoyed the help for several Student Ambassadors from the Attleboro High School, young people who work hard and have a great time in community service. We are immeasurably thankful for all of the help we receive from everyone!
If you would like to help us out, spend some time doing good work with a good group of people, or even share a free meal with us after helping at one of our suppers, please check our ONLINE SIGNUP page frequently to see the list of upcoming events for which we can use some help. We’d love to have you join us and have a good time working with friends for a good cause.
