Oldtown Pet Clinic

Oldtown Pet Clinic

In 2013, Dr. Peter Granville, DVM, a member of Oldtown Church, suggested hosting a monthly pet vaccination clinic at the church to help raise funds for the church’s General Fund and Building Fund. Dr. Granville provides a similar service at the North Attleboro Animal Shelter on the third Wednesday of each month, in addition to operating mobile veterinary service. In November of 2013, we hosted our first pet clinic in the lower level of our church. Services are available for pets of all members of the community, Massachusetts and Rhode Island residents.

Information on our next scheduled Pet Clinic, along with pricing information, can be found on the Pet Clinic page on our Events Calendar.

At each clinic, Dr. Granville provides vaccinations, heartworm tests, and other services like nail trimming and deworming. Several church members and young people from our church assist Dr. Granville with greeting pets and their owners, handling check-ins and paperwork, and keeping everyone happy as they wait their turn.  All cats must be in carriers and all dogs must be on leashes. The entrance to the Pet Clinic is around the back of the church, toward the rear of the church parking lot.
