Our Food Forward Project was established five years ago with the goal of helping those in our community who are food insecure,
We have added one dollar to the price of our Church suppers and that dollar in turn, funds our program. A great meal is enjoyed and that little extra means someone else will also eat, thus paying it forward.
Since 2016 we have raised $4061.00 from our suppers and from many people generously donating their change.
Past recipients to the funds are Kid’s Café, sponsored by The Attleboro Faith Collaborative, the Attleboro emergency homeless shelter, and more recently, the Community Comets Food Pantry at the Community School in North Attleboro.
Due to the pandemic our program is on hold. We certainly look forward to the day when we can once again host our suppers and pay it forward
