PRAYERS OF THE PEOPLE and THE LORD’S PRAYER
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.

BENEDICTION

BENEDICTION RESPONSE
Sent forth by God’s blessing, our true faith confessing,
The people of God from this dwelling take leave.
The service is ended. O now be extended
the fruits of our worship in all who believe.
The seed of the teaching, receptive hearts reaching,
Shall blossom in action for God and for all.
God’s grace did invite us, and love shall unite us,
to work for God’s realm and to answer the call.

STEWARDSHIP CORNER

Weekly Giving

  • Last week, our total offering to the church was $1,471.43, which is $216.71 more than expected for the week.
  • Our congregational giving so far this year is $1,600 more than we expected. Keep up the GREAT work!!

Our Turkey Takeout Supper was a HUGE SUCCESS! Though we didn’t feed 5,000 as in today’s scripture, we served many more than we expected for the first supper we’ve hosted since before the pandemic. GREAT THANKS to everyone who helped. Whether you cooked a turkey, helped with the food prep, ran takeouts from the kitchen to the customers, or purchased a takeout and helped spread the word, know that your efforts are greatly appreciated and that YOU made this possible. Our next supper is coming up soon, so stay tuned!

“When they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, ‘Simon son of John, do you love me more than these?’ He said to him, ‘Yes, Lord; you know that I love you.’ Jesus said to him, ‘Feed my lambs.'”
