Welcome to the Oldtown Church!
We are so glad that you have chosen to worship with us today. We invite you to join in on the bold print in the bulletin and to stand as you are able any time you see a “*”. The restrooms are out the back door of the sanctuary to the right, as is the nursery in case your little one needs a walkabout. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, and please join us for coffee and refreshments after worship!
Please remember to mute your devices during worship.
INTROIT—”Breathe On Me, Breath of God”
WELCOME / TIME OF CENTERING
CALL TO WORSHIP
We gather together to remember
To again tell the stories of our faith and of our lives,
Stories of faithfulness and love,
Of mercy and compassion,
Of life and of death.
We tell these stories over and over
So that we might remember who and whose we are.
Let’s worship God together!
PRAYER OF CONFESSION
Loving God, we have given more weight to our successes and our happiness than your will. We have eaten without a thought for the hungry, spoken without an effort to understand others, and taken the gifts you have given us for granted. Forgive us and help us to live as disciples of Christ. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
WORDS OF ASSURANCE
*HYMN—C#62 “Creator God, Creating Still”
*SHARING THE PEACE OF CHRIST
Open our eyes, Lord, we want to see Jesus,
To reach out and touch Him and say that we love Him.
Open our ears, Lord, and help us to listen.
Open our eyes, Lord, we want to see Jesus.
A MOMENT TO REMEMBER—by Michael Dylan Dix
SCRIPTURE READING—Genesis 9:8-17 (NRSV) (OT 9)
PREPARING OURSELVES FOR PRAYER
In moments like these, I sing out a song,
I sing out a love song to Jesus.
In moments like these, I lift up my hands.
I lift up my hands to the Lord.
Singing, “I love you, Lord.”
Singing, “I love you, Lord.”
Singing, “I love you, Lord. I love you.”
PRAYERS OF THE PEOPLE and the LORD’S PRAYER
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
OFFERING OF OUR GIFTS
GIFT OF MUSIC—”Something You Get Through”

TIME OF ANNOUNCEMENTS
*SENDING HYMN—C#638 “In the Bulb There Is a Flower”
Sent forth by God’s blessing, our true faith confessing,
The people of God from this dwelling take leave.
The service is ended. O now be extended
The fruits of our worship in all who believe.
The seed of the teaching, receptive hearts reaching
Shall blossom in action for God and for all.
God’s grace did invite us, and love shall unite us
To work for God’s realm and to answer the call.
Our worship has ended… Let our service begin!
Please join us for coffee and fellowship in Maxcy Hall following worship!

NON-PERISHABLE FOOD DONATIONS
There will be an ongoing collection of non-perishable food items for the North Attleboro School’s Food Pantry. We thank you in advance for helping to keep the children of North Attleboro from being hungry.
Starting next week, anyone who has an announcement to share with the congregation during worship is asked to write it down and drop it in the basket by the bulletins or hand it to one of the Deacons. You can also email it to Pastor Kelly before Sunday morning. All announcements from this point on will be made at the microphone so everyone can hear them. It will also provide written information to be included in upcoming Friday emails and bulletins. Thank you in advance for helping with this transition!
PREP & PLANNING PARTIES
Thursday evening from 6-8pm, Pastor Kelly will be at the church with the coffee on. She will be working to get things ready for Household Huddle and worship on Sunday morning, and extra hands and creative ideas are always welcome! Not feeling creative? That’s okay! COFFEE CONNECTION Tuesday morning from 10am-noon
Join us for a time of coffee and fellowship on Tuesdays from 10am-noon. There is no program or work that needs to be done, it’s just a time to get together with friends and enjoy each other’s company.
